Verified China Care is a brand operated by Jifu LLC, a United States limited liability company. We provide medical travel coordination, case review, escrow payment administration, and logistics support for treatment at licensed hospitals in China. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed medical provider, and we do not practice medicine.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a guarantee of treatment outcome. Prices, outcomes, and availability vary by case. All treatment decisions are made between you and the treating hospital and physicians. Always obtain an independent second opinion and a written treatment plan before committing.
Published cost tables are typical all-in ranges for coordination purposes only and are not binding quotes. Your binding quote is the written, itemized quote issued after physician review of your records. Quotes may change if your clinical condition, treatment protocol, or hospital availability changes.
Where escrow is used: (a) you sign a treatment agreement itemizing services and costs; (b) funds are held by an independent third-party escrow agent; (c) funds are released in stages tied to documented milestones (e.g., admission, procedure start, procedure complete, discharge); (d) if care is not delivered as agreed, funds remain frozen pending resolution. Our coordination fee is a separate, disclosed line item agreed in writing before any funds are deposited. We never take unearned advance payment for our own account.
You agree to provide accurate medical and personal information, to follow the hospital's instructions and admission requirements, and to secure any required travel documents, visas, and insurance. Withholding material health information can affect eligibility and treatment safety.
Medical treatment carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Outcomes are never guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jifu LLC's total liability arising from the services is limited to the coordination fees paid for the specific case. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of hospitals, physicians, airlines, or other third parties.
Disputes over escrow releases are resolved per the treatment agreement and escrow agent's dispute procedure. Where care is not delivered as agreed and the dispute is resolved in your favor, undisbursed escrowed funds are returned to you. Coordination fees already earned for completed services are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes not resolved through the escrow dispute procedure or good-faith negotiation shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
