Verified China Care is operated by Jifu LLC, a United States limited liability company that acts as merchant of record and coordinates medical travel to licensed hospitals in China. We are a coordination and payment-protection service, not a medical provider.
Your medical records are shared only with (a) the hospital and physicians evaluating your case, (b) escrow and payment partners, and (c) our coordinators — each bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information.
Case-related records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus the period required by applicable law and our record-keeping obligations, then securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal holds).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for communications at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and escrow-based payment handling. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of health data.
Because your care is delivered in China, information you submit may be transferred to and processed in the United States, China, and the countries of our escrow and coordination partners — solely to provide the services you request.
This site does not use advertising cookies. We may use strictly functional storage to remember your language and preferences. Analytics, where used, are aggregated and anonymized.
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement in the case.
We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
