We verify credentials, success rates, and physician qualifications before any hospital joins our network. We never coordinate with unlicensed clinics.
Your payment is held in a dedicated escrow account administered by an independent third-party escrow agent. Funds are released to the hospital in pre-agreed stages tied to documented treatment milestones. If treatment is not delivered as agreed, funds remain frozen while the dispute is resolved.
Hospital fees, physician fees, medications used during treatment, nursing, your hospital room, in-country translation, airport pickup, and coordination. We publish what's included in every quote. The only things outside the quote are your flights, personal spending, and optional hotel upgrades — and we tell you exactly which is which.
Each review is linked to a case file. We verify the reviewer's identity against their treatment contract, confirm the treatment dates with the hospital, and publish a case reference number. Fabricated reviews would be a breach of our escrow terms — we treat our review ledger as our most valuable asset.
